The likes of artists such as Omran Shafique, aka ‘Momo’ are a rare find. A guitarist, musician, producer and every now and then, a songwriter – Momo has been in the scene for as long as some of his incredible guitar solos. Through the years of mastering his skills and playing everything in between pop and rock to rhythm and blues, he has extensively recorded as well as played live with the big guns such as Ali Azmat, Zeb & Haniya, Rushk and his own band, Mauj.

Omran Shafique will appear once again in Coke Studio, Season 9, with the knack of playing really complex rhythms with absolute ease and authority.
